Social Learning
At NDIS CoPs, we believe that social learning is one of the most effective ways to improve outcomes for people with disabilities. By bringing together people who share a passion for supporting people with disabilities and their families, we create a community of practice where members can learn from each other and share their knowledge and experiences. Through regular interactions and engagement, members can gain new insights, expand their skills, and build strong relationships with their peers.
Collaboration
Collaboration is another core value of NDIS CoPs. We recognize that working together is essential to achieving our shared goals of improving outcomes for people with disabilities under the NDIS. Our communities bring together members from different sectors, including service providers, policy makers, researchers, and people with disabilities and their families. By working together, we can share resources, expertise, and best practices, and develop innovative solutions to the challenges facing the disability sector.
Innovation
Innovation is a key value at NDIS CoPs. We believe that by challenging existing ways of working and thinking creatively, we can develop new and better ways of supporting people with disabilities. Our communities provide a platform for members to share innovative ideas and approaches, and to explore new ways of delivering services under the NDIS. By encouraging innovation and creativity, we can drive continuous improvement in the disability sector and ultimately improve outcomes for people with disabilities and their families.
