This conversation is between Devinder Singh and Kathryn Hough CEO, who shares her personal experiences and professional journey related to providing support and services for individuals with disabilities.

Kathy and Jude moved into a house together, which provided Jude with the security of tenure. They leased their own home and realized that this arrangement was going to be long-term. They had twins during this time. After 13 years of being a host family, they renovated their home and all lived there together.

Kathy shares their professional journey, which involved moving from Albany to Pilgrim and establishing a regional disability service organization there. After four years, they moved to Kimberley and became the inaugural CEO of Far North Community Services, starting the process of establishing another organisation.
